Federal regulations require Case Western Reserve University and all institutions of higher education to change the manner in which race and ethnicity data for students, faculty, and staff are collected and reported. So that we can comply with the these regulations, a new ethniciy page has been added to SIS.
To update your information now, click here to access the Student Information System. From the Student Center, click the Demographic Data link under Personal Information, and select the Ethnicity tab. You'll see a new ethnicity page that shows your current demographic information. Please update if necessary and confirm your data.
The information you provide will be kept confidential and reported only in the aggregate. Updating your demographic profile will help CWRU comply with federal requirements and show the full diversity of our student body.
Staff members will not be able to update this data through SIS and should contact HR with any corrections.
